Due to the current pandemic situation I had been working from home. Gaining weight and stretched working hours with wrong sitting postures lead to severe lower back pain which I had ignored over months to avoid visiting a doctor.
Later with an MRI I was diagnosed with the Lower 2 bones being dislocating which caused the issue.
